Boudoir Photography in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

So you’ve decided you want to do a boudoir shoot.

First thing, give yourself a pat on the back. Doing a boudoir shoot is one of those things, not everyone has the courage to do.

“Boudoir” is a French word meaning a women’s bedroom. It became mainstream popular in the 1970s- 80s and has grown ever since then.

That being said, boudoir can really be whatever you want it to be. It’s all about you feeling confident and empowered within yourself. You are welcome to wear a parka or just a bedsheet. It’s completely up to you and you are always in control during the session.

Also, I will never post your photos anywhere unless I have a clear go ahead from you specifically. Most of the boudoir shoots I do, I never post.

I have a beautiful loft studio near the East End of Pittsburgh, we are right across from the East End Co-op.

That being said if you are looking at another location, I am always open to new ideas.
